Hi friends,

I am crearting a service request in CRM.

I couldn't able to assign the service request to some employee's

The employee names are populating from the LOV it is based upon the one view.

When i query the view from the backed it is not returning any rows.

I found out that the view is having one seeded security policy.

i want to know how the securrity policy is restring the employee's names while populating in the LOV.

Hi Sreenu,

This Could be Because they might not been assigned the Roles.

Please Login Into CRM HTML Adminstration Module Go to Users & Assign them the Roles & Privilages.

Let me know if you Still have an Issue.

Other Issue can be that the Employee Got be Imported as a Sales Persons or watever could be their Roles.

But Try for the First one & let me know .. What the Status on that.

thanks alot.
Because of the sequrity poliey we are not able to see the person in the lov.

This sequrity policies are add a where class(Predicate) at runtime when the object is executed.

Those things we can find in the v$vpd_policy table.

I got the solution for this the person doesn't have the related responsibilities.
