Hi All,
I want to upload data from Excel sheet into Oracle Assets using script and API.The data in Excel sheet contains Tag numbers and Employee ID .
Can u please tell me how to do this.

first you have to import that data as .txt format and create staging table based on columns, and load the data into staging table through sql*loader, after that you have to upload that data by using cursor

Why not use client ADI if you are on 11.5.10 and under. You can create an Excel template to fit your needs and load the assets.
