We have a encumbrance journal which failed to post due to invalid account combination. User wants to edit the account string and post it but journal is currently not editable.
Can anyone show the nav path or suggest if any setting has to be changed so that journal can become editable?

Hi,
GL Responsibility -> Setup ->Journal
Query the Encumbarance source type and uncheck on Freeze Jounals check box this would allow you to edit the jounal after modifiying the journal don't forget again to freeze the jounals source.
