Hı everyone

I am new İn oracle. I want to ask when I insert RA_CONTACT_PHONES_INT_ALL I get w8,S2 error ı cant solve this. ı found A document for error codes
ıt says that
w8=dublicate bank and bank branch but it is meanless becouse we just insert customer cominication data.

s2=the adress referance ınvalıd

Can anybody help me please
