I have a Sales Order where the Order Header has been cancelled yet the order line is in an Awaiting Receipt Status. When attempting to cancel the line, we receive a "The specified control action (Action = CANCEL) is invalid for this document." message. I am not sure why the line was not cancelled when the order header cancelled, but is there now a way to cancel the line?

Hi,

goto tools> workflow status and check the status of that line and act according to the message
