Dear,

How can we do 'Progress Order' for more than 1 SO Line in R12. When I am trying to do I am getting a message that "This action does not support multi-select. Please select 1 record and try again".

Hi,

Thx for the reply.

1. I am searching order using Order Organizer
2. Getting the search result in 'Summary' Tab.
3. Clicked the 'Lines' tab to check the lines in that searched order.
4. Selected multiple lines and click Actions -> Progress Order -> Invoice Interface - Eligible -> OK

Then I am getting a message that I cannot do Progress Order on multi-select.


How should I overcome this problem because I have many lines to progress.

Hi,

Neither of them.

These are normal RMA lines. If I am doing 'Progress Order' individually than I have no problem but when I am going for more than 1 lines (multi-select) at that time I am getting the error message.
