already i have users with responsibilities with security Now i want to setup a user through which a user can access only those selected items from different available items while preparing orders.
Please guide me how to manage this problem in details

Hi,

If you want to Restricts user to not access some menus or function you can include those in the menu exclusions in resposibility creation form. with this those items user can not acces.
