Hi Alaa,

you can set this security. but field by field inside the DFF you cannot fix it.

1. You can give access to the DFF for particular Industry, Site, Responibility or user level
2. you can give access like Enabled, Displayed, Alterable, Enterable, Etc,.

Please find the steps to fix this issue:

1. Open the Form and navigate as follows.
Help ---> Diagnostics ---> Custom Code ---> Personalize

2. Enter the Seq(<Any number say 10>) and Description of your choice.

3. Navigate to the Conditions Tab and set the following fields
Trigger event: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE
Processing Mode: Not in Enter-Query Mode
Under --> Context
Level: <Choose the level(If you want it at Site level or at Responsibility level or a particular user)>

4. Navigate to ActionsTab
Set the following values
Seq: <Any number say 10>
Type: Property
Description: <Any character string you desire>
Language: All
Enabled: Checked
Object Type: Item
Target Object:[ ]xxxxxxxxx
Property Name: DISPLAYED
Value: FALSE

Regards....
