Noob question here: I would like to be able to write programs in/with SQL Loader, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts, java applets, etc. that are accessible for users of Oracle Apps - Financials. Is there an Oracle Apps utility that can make these programs accessiblt to users through their Apps interface?
