Hi All,

AR Error ORA-20000: APP-11027: Mandatory Segment: "COUNTY" missing in addres

11.5.10

When a new customer in a freshly created AR responsibility i getting

The address validation keeps failing !!

I have fill all the address field to be filled and yet am still get the above message HELP PLEASE.

I have defined my own uniques sales tax location flexfield as "mycountry.mycounty".

I don't known whether i had to add values to this flexfield as one per those with accounting flexfield.

Any help or useful pointer will truely be welcomed.

Check whether any DFF is attached to it. If so, fill it.
For DFF, you may need to check the field with [ ].

Sorry i dont know how check for Descriptive key or how to validate my sales item location.

If you can give us a step by step guideline that will be most appreciate.

Hi,

Ok

I have narrowed down address problem to :

Currently when i try to setup a new address it default to the US, then when i change it to UK get the above error message.

So now how do i change the default address country from US to UK in Account Receivables?
