Hi ,
I'm working on CRM module.
I want to open Service Request form in Read-Only mode at certain condition after all the fields in SR form is filled.
I mean, when we open a SR form all the fields will be filled with some values, then depending on the values in items i want to make SR form read-only.
I set :parameter.query_only := YES in 'WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE' trigger.
With this,the form is in read-only mode but the items in SR form are empty.
Please suggest how to proceed further to open a form in Read-Only mode.
