See output of concurrent program run by others [message #410118]

My requirement is as follows

Through the system administrator responsibility, i can query for concurrent requests run by any other user in the system. I am able to view their log files but not output files. The "View Output" button is disabled (only enabled if it is my request).
Is there any profile option or anything that i have to set in order to enable this functionality ?
Any pointers in this regard will be appreciated.

You cannot do this unless you have System Administrator Reponsibility. The better way is to get the Output file from the server if you have UNIX level access with the Request Id.

I am referring to the physical .out file which is generated on the UNIX directory structure. Not the output in a window or in a Browser.
