Is there any FND procedure/function in Oracle Apps which works or replaces SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY ?

Darpan,

I think there isn't. Because, these two have different purposes:

FND Procedure - A PL/SQL API to have a Database level impact.
SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY - Function to control the behaviour an Item in the Form.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

i know instead of MESSAGE() in FORM'S FND_MESSAGE.SET_STRING() & FND_MESSAGE.SHOW is used for displaying message in APPS forms

and similarly i want to use APPS package.function which works exactly as SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY() in forms

so please help me out
