hello i have oracle 10g 10.2.0

and when i open my oracle enterprise manager with sys user

and than when i goto Maintenance tab and than click on Load Data from User Files under Data Movement
there they ask me for enter
Host Credentials

and when i enter my host name and passord ..i got this error "IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused: connect "
i am administrator of this pc and i enter my host administrator username and password in this field

so any one help me how can i resolve my this error

Are you giving it the correct Windows username? To find out what it is,
orcl> select sys_context('userenv','os_user') from dual;

SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','OS_USER')
------------------------------------------------------------
jwdell\john
