hello,
i have a small problem. pl help me out
i am system administrator here. i had an Oracle application copied into my system.
my job is to create a shortcut for the application.
then run the application after giving few links to that.i did all.but the error it was returning
"0RA-3121:ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed"
please suggest me at the earliest

can you post more details please?
like Operating system, version of database and client ,SQL*NET etc?
and first check whether you can connect to the database
sqlplus from that machine. I believe certain components of sqlnet and tns entries ( along with client installation) is not correct.
