Hi,
Try to make an entry in the services window by using the utility called as ORADIM .....syntax can be obtained from the documentation / just by typing oradim at the command prompt.
This will create an entry in the services tab...so that u can set its property as AUTOMATIC...so that evry time u start the machine, Service automatically starts...
