Hi!

I've the same problem with Red Hat 7.0...Did you have an answer about this? Oracle Corporation(on Metalink) says that "You must use KDE" but it doesn't work better with Kde....

Dear Sir,

Your are trying to run the form in charcter mode .
You should change it to xwindows mode using xterm.
It will run properly.

Also confirm whether you have set the DISPLAY variable set properly otherwise

DISPLAY = servername:0.0
export DISPLAY

Hope this will solve your problem

For Red Hat one trick is run sawfish before f60desm and then kill it . But the trick doesn't work in SUSE Linux

I have tried to run f60desm from xterm, but it is giving an error FRM-911111. Other X-Applications are running fine
