We're running the Oracle Forms 9i webbased server/client.

We having problems with symbols like 20°c and ±.

In sqlplus this symbols are shown but in forms they transform into 0 or 1.

changing the NLS_LANG doesn't solve the problem

Problem solved
database character set must be UTF8 and the character set of the application server (default.env) also.
