Hi to All,
I have recently installed Oracle DB 10g 10.2.0.1.0 on my XP Pro Computer.
The Service "OracleDbConsolMyDb" don't start. (is set as automatic)
If I try to restart the error code 2 is displayed.
In the Events Registry:
Agent process exited abnormally during initialization
I hope that someone can help me, in order to resolve this problem.

I guess you created the service/database along with your Oracle soft installation .But Services was not created properly during installaion.My quest is were u able to connect to DB anytime ?
If no ,
User ORADIM from DOS prompt ,to delete and recreate the service.
Or if you are not sure.Just go for a new DB/service .(i assume you are just testing in ur local machine
