Hello Dears

I have some problums during Login in to ORACLE Database.... When i'm entering user Name and Pasword then following message is displaying....

User Name: system || Or miak
Password: manager || kia

Error occur ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

PLEASE HELP ME What i can do ?

My all database (tables) are not accessable.....please what i can do ?

It seems that Oracle database is shut down. In order to make it available, start it up.

Cause: Oracle was not started. Possible causes include the following:

The SGA requires more space than was allocated for it.

The operating-system variable pointing to the instance is improperly defined.

Action: Refer to accompanying messages for possible causes and correct the problem mentioned in the other messages. If Oracle has been initialized, then on some operating systems, verify that Oracle was linked correctly. See the platform-specific Oracle documentation.

If you're on Windoze, then check that the Service for the database is started. If it isn't, then start it, and also check that the Listener is started too.

If the service is started, then connect to sql*plus as sysdba

conn sys/<syspwd>@<dbname> as sysdba


and issue the command 'STARTUP'

If that doesn't start your database, then get back to us.
