Dear All
I know this query is very basic but i just want to confirm that
is there any harm to change any dictionary managed Tablespace to Locally managed
Although i have tested this thing but i just want to be assured

I would say no. Infact from 9i you are supposed to used LMT.

How can we assure that whatever you did/planning to do will always endup without any trouble?
So play in safe mode. Take a backup before doing anything.
Do it in a test machine. Test before and after and compare.
Then do it in production.
