hello experts

I am oracle certified dba, and i have work on oracle 9i and 10g versions for two years. Now my company wants me to work on oracle apps (sys admin & apps dba), so i need your kind help regarding the procedure how to start, resources, any web resource, books and any other resource you think would help me.
Please I need your kind help in this regard.

Thanks for your reply.

As I mentioned in my first post that, my company want me to play a role as both apps dba and sys. admin. so i will be looking (and i have to) into both the sides. So please, suggest me some good books on these both areas. I have NETg tutorial on system admin but it is not in detail as i could get much of it.
I have gone through your given links and i need some extra.
So please suggest me some more web links.

we have written books for System Administration, Workflow and BI Publisher. A new book on Flexfields will be released in two weeks.
