hi experts

Anybody can tell me where can i found the users definations , specifications. users means (GL, INV, PO) ect ect some users are identified just because of there names as we understand what GL means for .. so we find information and data related to the GL in this user. but most of the users are not as easy to understand. ..So can anybody tell me where i can find that infomation
