Hi All

Recently i have started my career in Oracle Apps HRMS, I want to how to run the payroll for a person who joins in the middle of a month.I thing this will be done by Proration concept, can anybody explain about the setup steps or else is there any other solution for that.

Hi Surya,

I am also very new to this area, i think there is no seperate user guide for proration, it is covered in payroll set up itself.

Dear Surya,

Yes you can run the payroll for the person who has joined in the middle of the month or any previous employee already with the organisation. The process is defined below.

got to Processes and reports and then to the option Run a Quick paint report.

I think this solution can make you out.
